Heart's Desire wants your purchasing experience to be a pleasant one. Therefore we pledge to you the following:
- All of our items are handmade by designer Lindsey Richards. Her designs use only the finest materials from around the world, including freshwater pearls, sterling silver, Swarovski crystals, artisan glass, and semi-precious gemstones. Imperfections noted in gemstones are not considered flaws and add character and originality to each piece.
- All designs are original unless specified in the product description. Many of these designs are made in very limited quantities of 1-3 pieces.
- Every effort is made to fully describe each piece of jewelry so that the customers truly knows what they are receiving.
- If you ever have a problem with one of our items, please contact us so that the issue may be resolved in a timely fashion.
Shipping Information:
We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving Credit card authorization, PayPal payment, or postal money order. If you have paid by check, the check must clear before your merchandise will be shipped. If you request alterations, shipping may be delayed.
We ship via United States Postal Service. We offer USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and USPS Express shipping as our standard shipping services. We do not guarantee delivery times with any method.
USPS Priority Mail: Priority Mail packages are delivered Monday through Saturday only within an average of 2-3 days. All orders shipped via this method are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure that you order arrives safely.
USPS Express Mail: Express mail is delivered the next day (some rural areas will be a two-day delivery using this service). Express mail includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $100.
Local orders can be delivered or picked up. Make sure to add a note with your order and we will contact you to make arrangements for delivery.
At present we do not offer international shipping.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
It is our commitment that you the customer be completely satisfied. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt (less shipping and handling charges). Custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned unless damaged in shipment. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with your original receipt. Any scratched, altered, or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment or the item was found to be faulty.
Send returns via an insured courier and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned. Send your package to:
